Red Velvet Cupcake

For the past two weeks I have been a cupcake factory.  I made two rounds of red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing and chocolate sprinkles.  Extras from the first batch were given to friends, while the second batch was to take to a friend’s place as dessert after taco night.
