Veggie Corn Dog

I had ready-to-bake, veggie corn dogs for lunch today to accompany my homemade, butternut squash soup.

I baked the veggies dogs for about 22 minutes and then served them with squiggles of ketchup and mustard.  They were delicious, but not exactly healthy. The kitchen smelled like deep-fryer grease for a while afterwards.
